Madhoon Foundation for Community Development (MFD) is a non-governmental organization, exercising (social, developmental and juristic) activities. It seeks to contribute effectively in building a strong Yemeni society dominated by the values of tolerance and constructive dialogue. It aims to provide the members of the society with sufficient education and training, and the real ability to manage their community successfully. The Foundation strives to achieve that through adopting projects and programs for all members of the society, discovering energies and focusing on and rehabilitating leaderships to achieve a comprehensive community development.
Organisation Objectives: 
The Foundation works to achieve the following objectives: 1) To contribute to building a strong community through the achievement of social justice and peace; and uphold the values of tolerance and constructive dialogue; and combat the culture of extremism in all its forms, and promote a culture of participation and acceptance of others among community groups. 2) To work with stakeholders and interested to provide opportunities for education, rehabilitation and training to all segments of society; and to organize the energies and capacities of community and employ them in the construction process, community development and defense of human rights; and to contribute to overcome illiteracy in all its forms, and care of the family; and rehabilitating and training women to carry out a more active role in the community as an essential partner for men. 3) To work to raise awareness of human rights and freedoms, guaranteed legitimately and legally; and defend them with all legal means; and consolidate of the meanings of belonging and citizenship; and work to promote the rights of equal citizenship, and stand with all efforts in reducing corruption, and contribute to the activation of the community surveillance. 4) To develop the skills of youths and enhance their abilities in all areas; and qualify them to contribute effectively in the process of construction and development; and care of young people and encourage them to creativity and innovation and develop their abilities. 5) To educate and enlighten community on the importance of the preservation of cultural and national heritage, as well as work on the promotion of the noble values and the Arab and Islamic identity.

Organisation Objectives: 
1- توعية الموظفين بالمكاتب والهيئات والمؤسسات الحكومية بمخاطر الفساد . 2- منع الفساد ومكافحة كافة انواعه ومظاهره ومناهضة أي ثقافة متسامحة مع الفساد . 3- إيجاد ثقافة دستورية ورفع الوعي القانوني لدى المواطنين في مكافحة الفساد عبر العمل على رفع قدرات الشباب وتطويرها وتعريفهم بالطرق والأدوات والأساليب الصحيحة لمكافحة الفساد . 4- تنمية الشباب وتأهيلهم لقيادة المرحلة القادمة . 5- تشجيع وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات والخبرات بين مختلف أعضاء المنظمة . 6- مناصرة قيم النزاهة والشفافية وتعزيز مبداي المسائلة والمحاسبة . 7- الدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات ومناصرة المظلومين . 8- محاربة الاحتكار والغش والتلاعب بالأسعار . 9- نشر الوعي العام حول خطورة الفساد على جميع أفراد المجتمع وضرورة مكافحته . 10- نشر وعي حقيقي عن أهمية المجتمع المدني في مكافحة الفساد ومعالجة أسبابه وتعزيز سيادة القانون . 11- العمل مع الهيئات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني لحشد الجهود والدعم المادي اللازم لبرامج مكافحة الفساد . 12- تعزيز العمل على بناء مجتمع متعاون تسوده قيم الخير والعدل والمساواة . 13- العمل على المطالبة بتطبيق وتعزيز قانون الحق في الحصول على المعلومة للجميع .

- تحالف شبكة أكون النسائية مع مجموعة من الشبكات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني لمناصرة قضايا المرأة.والتأكيد على نظام الكوتا 30 % لها حق سياسي في السلطات الثلاثة. - تنفيذ فعالية "تطلعات المرأة لما بعد الحوار" - تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من المشروع الممول من الصندوق الوطني للديمقراطية (NED) (البرنامج التدريبي حول المهارات الانتخابيةوادارات الحملات وتكريس المفاهيم السياسية)بتنفيذ حلقة نقاشية حول تطلعات المرأة اليمنية لما بعد الحوار. - تنفيذ فعالية بعنوان الوالدية ضمن حملة مناهضة التحرش الجنسي بالأطفال. - المشاركة في شبكة التعزيز المدني لمنظمات المجتمع المدني. - تنفيذ مشروع المدنيين والنزاعات مع مؤسسة الشباب الديمقراطي(حضرموت)ومؤسسة سد مأرب للتنمية الاجتماعية (مأرب) بالشراكة مع برنامج الحكم الرشيد(GIZ). - التأهل من بين عدد كبير من النظمات للمشاركة في برنامج التعزيز المؤسسي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني والذي نفذ عبر مشروع استجابة. - تنفيذ اللقاء التشاوري للناشطات بتعز لتمكين المرأة سياساً وايصال تطلعات المرأة من مؤتمر الحوار. - تنفيذ لقاءات صحفية مع عضوات الحوار الوطني والتأكيد على اهمية نظام الكوتا كحق سياسي للمرأة اليمنية للوصول بها الى مواقع القرار السياسي. - اقامة الدورة التدريبية الخاصة بالتحرش بالاطفال عبر حملة لاتلمسني (لمناهضة التحرش الجنسي بالاطفال) - تنفيذ المرحلة الثالثة من مشروع دعم قضايا المرأة والذي تمثل في انشطة شبكة أكون الهادفة الى رفع كفاءة القياديات الحزبيات والمستقلات والضغط على الاحزاب والمؤسسات ومؤتمر الحوار الوطني لإدراج نضام الكوتا 30 % للمرأة في اللجان التابعة لهم والمنبثقة عن الحوار عام 2012 م. - انتاج فيلم (صرخة امرأة) من اجل مواطنة عادلة ومتساوية. - المشاركة في فعالية (اليوم المفتوح للمواطنة) وتكريم المركز من قبل امين العاصمة لحصوله على المركز الاول. - تنفيذ الورشة التدريبية الخاصة بالتشريعات والقوانين السياسية المتعلقة بالمرأة. - تنفيذ أمسية ثقافية حول نضالات المرأة اليمنية. - تنفيذ الدورة التدريبية الخاصة بالنظم الانتخابية. - التحالف مع منظمات المجتمع المدني لدعم الحوار. - تبني حملة لا تلمسني لمناهضة التحرش الجنسي بالأطفال 2012 م. - عمل محاضرات للآباء والأمهات والتربويين في عدة مدارس(حملة لاتلمسني). - تنفيذ أمسية رمضانية بدار رعاية الايتام تتضمنت محاضرة حول التحرش بالأطفال وكيفية تجنب مثل هذه الظاهرة(حملة لاتلمسني). -محاضرة توعية في دار الرحمة للأيتام حول هذه الظاهرة(حملة لاتلمسني). -مناصرة القضايا المتعلقة بالتحرش بالأطفال مثل قضية مرام الشرعبي وتنفيذ وقفة صامته امام النائب العام وعمل مذكرتين بتوقيع من النائب تقدمان لنائب المحكمة والمحافظ بتعز(حملة لاتلمسني). - تنفيذ مشروع عدستي ترصد الحقوقي و الرصدي2011 م واطلاق موقع خاص بهواة التصوير والتوثيق يظم نوافذ المصورين (صور وفيديو). - تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من مشروع دعم قضايا المرأة في اجندة الاحزاب السياسية –والمتمثلة في تدريب القيادات النسائية الحزبية وإنشاء شبكة اكون للدعم والمناصرة قضايا المرأة 2011 م. - التحالف مع منظمات المجتمع المدني لإصدار قانون حق الحصول على المعلومات. - تنفيذ مشروع دراسة بحثية معمقة حول دعم قضايا المرأة في أجندة الأحزاب السياسيةعام 2010م. - تنفيذ مشروع بناء القيادات النسائية الشابة سنة 2009 تم فيها تأهيل وكسب مهارات القيادة والتفاوض والحوار وتعزيز الثقة بالنفس والتنمية الذاتية لعدة فتيات من داخل وخارج المحافظة (الأمانة - عدن - تعز - الحديدة - حضرموت). - المساهمة في تنفيذ حملة التوعية للانتخابات الرئاسية 2006م. - تنفيذ حملة التوعية الانتخابية للأرياف أكتوبر 2002م. - المساهمة في الرقابة على الانتخابات المحلية 2001م. - تنفيذ فعاليات توعوية ومجموعات ضغط إضافة إلى بيانات الاستنكار والشجب المعبرة عن رأي المركز حيال مختلف القضايا الإنسانية .

المؤسسة اليمنية لرعاية أمراض الدم الوراثية هي مؤسسة أهلية غير ربحية مقرها في أمانة العاصمة. أشهرت المؤسسة في 31-8- 2010 م ، تقدم المؤسسة خدمات وبرامج توعوية مساندة على المستوى الصحي والنفسي والاجتماعي بالتنسيق مع المؤسسات ذات العلاقة انطلاقا من مبدأ الشراكة الاجتماعية.
Organisation Objectives: 
1. توعية المجتمع بخطورة أمرض الدم الوراثي على الأسرة والمجتمع وكيفية الوقاية منها . 2. توفير الخدمات الطبية للمرضى وتأمين احتياجاتهم من للعلاج . 3. المساهمة في الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والمادي لمرضى الثلاسيميا وأمراض الدم الوراثية. 4. التوعية بأهمية التبرع بالدم على مستوى الدولة مع التأكيد على أهميته لاستمرار حياة مرضى الثلاسيميا وأمراض الدم الوراثية. 5. إجراء الدراسات والبحوث حول مرض الثلاسيميا وأمراض الدم الوراثية. 6. متابعة سن التشريعات للمقبلين على الزواج لإجراء الفحوصات الخاصة بأمراض الدم الوراثي. 7. رعاية المصابين بأمراض الدم الوراثي صحياً وتعليمياً واجتماعياً.

من الإنجازات التي تم تنفيذها : 1- في مجال الإعلام والتوعية: • التوعية الإعلامية بمخاطر أمراض الدم الوراثي لجميع فئات المجتمع من 2011-2012م. • تنفيذ مشروع الحملة التوعوية في أمانة العاصمة 2012م. • تنفيذ مشروع الحملة التوعوية في أمانة العاصمة 2013م. • تنفيذ حملات التبرع بالدم والتوعية بأهمية التبرع بالدم لاستمرار حياة المرضى. • رعاية اليوم الطبي المجاني المنفذ في : 28-3-2013م.(في مديريتي (الصافية - السبعين).بالشراكة مع عدد من المؤسسات التنموية والخيرية. • عقد الندوات والمحاضرات التوعوية. • طباعة و توزيع عشرات الآلاف من المواد التوعوية (برشورات – نشرات فلايرات). • إقامة العديد من المحاضرات التوعوية في الجامعات و المدارس الثانوية والمعاهد العليا. • القيام بالعديد من الزيارات واللقاءات الميدانية. • المراسلة عبر الانترنت مع الجهات ذات العلاقة. 2- في مجال الرعاية الاجتماعية: • الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والمادي لمرضى الدم الوراثي. • توفير الاحتياجات الطبية من علاجات ودم بالتعاون والشراكة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة. • رعاية مرضى الدم الوراثي اجتماعياً بتوفير الضروريات المادية والعينية للمرضى وأسرهم. 3- في مجال الرعاية الصحية: • التخفيف من معاناة مرضى الدم الوراثي بتوفير الرعاية الصحية المتواصلة عبر المركز الصحية والمستشفيات المتعاونة مع المؤسسة. • تسهيل الحصول على الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية والعلاجية مجاناً. • التحويل للعيادات الاستشارية والمستشفيات المتعاونة مع المؤسسة في إطار الشراكة مع المنشئات الصحية من مستشفيات ومراكز صحية وغيرها. • تنفيذ حملات التبرع بالدم والتوعية بأهمية التبرع لاستمرار حياة المرضى. 4- في مجال التأهيل والتدريب : • التأهيل العلمي للمرضى القادرين على مواصلة التعليم الأساسي والتعليم الفني. • تدريب مرضى الدم الوراثي مهنياً لإدماجهم في المجتمع وإشراكهم في عملية التنمية • .توفير الفرص التعليمية للقادرين على التحصيل الدراسي من مرضى الدم الوراثي. 5- في مجال التطوير والتحديث : • تأهيل كادر طبي وفني وإداري متخصص في رعاية مرضى الدم الوراثي. • فتح قنوات اتصال مع المراكز التخصصية (محلياً وعالمياً) بأمراض الدم الوراثية، بما يستجد في الجانب العلمي والتطبيقي نحو أمراض الدم الوراثية. • استكمال قاعدة بيانات لمرضى الدم الوراثي. • إجراء الدراسات والبحوث عن أمراض الدم الوراثي. • المشاركة في الأنشطة والفعاليات التي ينظمها المنتدى الصحي في شبكة النماء. • التعاون مع المؤسسات والجمعيات ذات الطابع الصحي بما يحقق الوعي الصحي في المجتمع. • تدريب الكوادر الشبابية (من الجنسين) للمساهمة في الحملات الإعلامية والتوعية الصحية. • التواصل المستمر مع الداعمين من منظمات وشركات التي ضمن برنامجها تقديم الخدمات الطبية والاجتماعية للفئات المستهدفة. • إدماج النوع الاجتماعي ضمن فعاليات وأنشطة المؤسسة. • تحسين مستوى الأداء داخل المؤسسة من خلال التقييم المستمر. • استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التنفيذ والمتابعة والتقييم.

من نحن: أكنــــــــــــاف: منظمة تنموية , إجتماعية , حقوقية , طوعية , مستقلة , غير ربحية , تعني بالطفولة والشباب تم إشهارها في تاريخ 24/07/2012م بتصريح رقم (824) وتعمل على إيجاد بيئات ومحاضن صحية , سليمة وملائمة , لتكوين شخصياتهم وتنمية قدراتهم وإبداعاتهم وصقل مواهبهم ومهاراتهم واستيعاب طاقاتهم وقدراتهم . رؤيتنا: -الطفولة والشباب روح المجتمع وعافية الوطن . رسالتنا: الإسهام في بناء شخصية يمنية , حرة , مسئولة , قوية , متوازنة , منسجمة , واعية , منفتحة , فاعلة ومشاركة, ضمن مسار يبدأ من الطفولة إلى الشباب , ومن خلال إستراتيجيات طويلة المدى , ومنظومة تربوية وتعليمية شاملة ومتكاملة , وبنى وأطر مؤسسية متطورة , وثقافة مجتمعية متجاوزة , حاضنه وحامية ودافعة وجهود وشراكات متآزرة .
Organisation Objectives: 
أهدافنا: 1) العمل على إيجاد بيئة اجتماعية وطبيعية أمنة ومستقرة وصحية للطفولة والشباب ونيلهم لحقوقهم الأساسية كالتعليم والصحة والتغذية وغيرها من الحقوق التي كفلتها القوانين والتشريعات الوطنية والدولية . 2) المساهمة في تأمين الدعم الشامل لكل القضايا المتعلقة بالجيل أطفالاً وشباباً , خصوصاً فيما يتعلق بتجويد وتطوير العملية التعليمية بشقيها الأساسي والفني بمستوياتها المختلفة وفق الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة والمتطورة . 3) رصد وتوثيق كافة الانتهاكات التي يتعرض لها الأطفال وتقديم الدعم والمساندة القانونية والإعلامية والنفسية والمجتمعية اللازمة لهم ولذويهم بكافة الوسائل الممكنة والمشروعة . 4) رفع مستوى وعي المجتمع المدني والمجتمعات المحلية عموماً والطفولة والشباب خصوصاً بقضايا البيئة و الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان والأطفال عبر العديد من البرامج والمشاريع التعليمية والتوعوية والتثقيفية والاجتماعية 5) تبني الشراكة بين مؤسسات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص والحكومة والجهات والمنظمات الدولية المعنية بقضايا الطفولة والشباب . 6) العمل على إنشاء مركز إستراتيجي متخصص في الدراسات والأبحاث والمعلومات المتعلقة بقضايا الطفولة والشباب. -------------------------------------------------- •Our Objectives: 1. Creating a healthy and safe social environment that enables children and youth to get their fundamental rights, such as education, health, and nutrition, among others, which are enshrined in national and international laws. 2. Ensuring full support for all issues relating to children and youths by upgrading all levels of basic and technical education in accordance with the most up-to-date and sophisticated educational methodologies. . 3. Monitoring and documenting all violations against children and providing them and their families with legal, media, psychological and social support through all possible legal means. 4. Raising the awareness of civil society and local communities in general, and children and youths in particular, of the environmental , democratic and human rights , not least child rights, through various educational programs and awareness-raising social projects 5. Adopting partnerships among civil society organizations, the public and private sectors, governmental agencies and international organizations concerned with child and youth issues. 6. Establishing a specialized strategic center for the studies , researches and information relevant to the issues of children and youths.

The center's areas of interest are restricted to: (A)Topical Mandate: •Strategic issues (security and defense), political and socio-economic issues as well as energy research. (B)Geographic Mandate: •Yemen and its vital sphere which includes the littoral states the Red Sea, the GCC countries, Iran and Iraq. •Middle East and North Africa. •Countries which are of consequence to the center's areas of interest. The above determinants are interdependent in view of international relations and the interaction of their interest areas and issues. As such, Yemen influences and is influenced by many of these determinants and should consider and analyze their issues that have a bearing on the country, be it a direct or indirect effect.
Organisation Objectives: 
SCSS aims at 1.To pose right questions about strategic, political and socio-economic issues concerning Yemen and the region. 2.To address issues in a scientific methodology, putting aside the conventional dictates. 3.To review the western theories and concepts that are wrongly applied to the Arab communities, and to come up with theories and concepts appropriate to the analysis of the Arab context. 4.To reconsider the research priorities on the basis of the significance of topics for the government and society. 5.To exploit all available potentialities and skills to contribute to knowledge accumulation. 6.To advocate studies and activities that would help improve education, enhance critical thinking, expunge mistaken concepts and preconceptions from the educational curricula, abolish the conventional methods of teaching and learning, and foster the knack of critical analysis. 7.To take the lead in re-defining relations with others (particularly with the West) through understanding the positive aspects of reciprocal relations and realizing the diversity of the West; and not to deal with all the western states and communities as if they were a single entity. 8.To conduct futuristic studies and prepare projected or perceived scenarios, thereby providing the decision makers in Yemen with pest policy alternative.

The Yemeni Businessmen Club is a forum for Yemeni businessmen. Its mission is to promote relationships among members through the exchange of experiences, consolidation of social relations, effort integration, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of members institutions as a part of the overall Yemeni economy development. YBC was established in 2002 as a not- for- profit, non- governmental organization. Since its inception YBC served the Yemeni society through a variety of activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, reports and economic aimed studies. The club also provides consultation to the government on various issues.
Organisation Objectives: 
The club is working to achieve the following objectives: Strengthen the linkages between members. Improve the professionalism of the members and contribute to the development of the performance of their institutions. Exchange of professional expertise and mutual benefits among members. Enhance communication and cooperation with internal and external organizations to achieve the objectives of the club. Contribute to the development of the business environment. Contribute to the development of society.
Organisation Activities (Completed and ongoing Projects): 
Conferences The family business conference, which will be held every two years and the first one organized in February 2007. Seminars, workshops and studies The club organized in 2004 the first economic forum sponsored by the Ministry of Industry, entitled "Yemen and the Arab Free Trade Zone". Internal and external relations he club has gained the confidence and support from government, starting by the council of Minister and the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, Ministry of Industry, General Authority for Investment
