1) To develop the university youth and the students of higher education, qualify them scientifically and practically and improve them economically in a way that contributes to the creation of a comprehensive integrated and sustainable development. 2) To bring up and prepare young leaders aware of the concepts of human rights; and enable them to perform their role in political life and participate in decision-making. 3) To empower the university female students economically, politically and socially so as to contribute to the improvement of the status of the Yemeni women and empower them to get all their rights. 4) To contribute to the development of higher education institutions, universities and colleges; and modernize them so that they can fulfill their role of enlightenment and development. 5) To work hardly to change policies that affect negatively the situation of the youth in society. 6) To stimulate scientific research, innovation and creativity; and provide an appropriate environment for that
