أهـداف المنظمة مادة (5) : تعمل المنظمة على تجسيد القيم الدينية والإرادة المجتمعية والولاء الوطني من أجل الوصول إلى تنمية شاملة ومستدامة بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الدولة والمنظمات المختلفة لتحقيق الأهداف التالية : 1- تقييم الإدارة فنياً وعلمياً في القطاعين العام والخاص لمعرفة القصور والاختلالات والإسهام الفعال لإصلاحها وفقاً لنظم الإدارة العلمية الحديثة . 2- التنسيق مع الجهات المختصة للقيام بعمل توصيف دقيق للوظائف وفقاً للمفاهيم الحديثة والمعايير العادلة التي تعتمد على الكفاءة والخبرة والأقدمية والتخصص العلمي وتطبيق مبدأ وضع الإنسان المناسب في المكان المناسب وحماية الموظف من أي تعسف أو حرمان من الحصول على حقوقه مهما كانت الأسباب. 3- العمل على إيجاد المراكز الحديثة والمتخصصة في تنمية قدرات الموارد البشرية وإعداد القيادات الإدارية من خلال التدريب والتأهيل واشتراط النجاح والتفوق فيها كأحد شروط الحصول على التعيين والترقيات .
